Too thin wrist?

Being a happy owner of Headwaters waders I recently decided to complete my fishing gear with this jacket. Looks pretty, great quality, very pleasant soft lining. Waterproof and comfortable. But one thing disturbs me: when I pull my hands into the water or rise them up while raining - water gets into my sleeves through those storm cuffs, though they're tightened quite good. Do I have too thin wrists (water gets in through little folds of so called "watertight" fabric) or what? Size is OK, it's S (167 sm tall, 90 breast, 65 waist, 95 hip)

I bought this jacket over other fishing jackets because of the style, function and durability. I fish in the Rocky Mountains 10 months a year and this jacket will be used every month. I am 125#, 5'3" and bought a size Small. I was going to get the XS, but am VERY happy with the small. It does not look too big, but does allow for layering under the jacket. I would fully recommend this jacket, as long as you use it!
